This website is devoted to re-inserting queerness into formal art historical discourse. Through institutional censorship, queer bodies and queer sexuality have been left out of and/or cheapened by mainstream curatorial practice and museum work in general.
We must remember that art history is bursting with queer artists who brought their sexuality to bear in their artistic practice. Re-gayze hopes to make it clear exactly how they did this.
